Details
Please join us for Kripalu style, gentle yoga and meditation. Beginners are especially welcome! The primary objective in these classes will be to cultivate tools, techniques and practices that may be useful in calming our nervous system and developing awareness. We will learn pranayama (controlled breathing practices), asana (poses), mindfulness, resiliency. We will also explore various meditation techniques that may be helpful as we navigate uncertain times during this pandemic.
Due to the volume of registrations for this class, cancelation is required if you are unable to attend. Failure to cancel nor attend may impact your ability to attend future classes. Thank you for your cooperation!
